The Simpson Collection manages Airbnb short-term rentals for property owners. This policy covers this website: what it collects, why, who handles it, and what you can ask us to do.
What we collect
- When you request the audit: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the service you are interested in, and the property address. Nothing is collected until you press the button.
- When you type an address: the characters you type are sent to Photon, an address search run by Komoot on OpenStreetMap data, so it can suggest matching addresses. Photon does not receive your name or contact details.
- When any page loads: our host, Netlify, receives the technical details every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and keeps them in its server logs.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, social media pixels or fingerprinting.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies, so there is nothing to accept or decline.
It uses your browser's session storage for three small conveniences during one visit: the address you typed, the plan you chose, and whether the opening animation has played. They stay in your browser, are not sent to us, and are cleared when you close the tab.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to you, prepare your Property Performance Audit, and talk with you about managing your property. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts this website, receives request form submissions and stores them for us, and screens them for spam.
- Photon by Komoot suggests addresses as you type.
- The email and office tools we use to reply to you and keep track of our work.
They handle your information only to provide their service. Our service providers are based in the United States and the European Union, so if you are elsewhere your information is processed outside your country.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to reply, prepare the audit and follow up. If we go on to work together, the management agreement governs what we keep after that. If you ask us to delete your request, we will.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you have sent us a request, reply to any email from us and ask.
Because we do not track you across websites, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change anything here; there is nothing to switch off.
Children
This website is for property owners. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Every page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and request form submissions are kept in a private, password-protected account.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
